ColdCypress LLC and Red Square Systems will merge their businesses effective July 1, 2009. Ian James, President of Red Square Systems, states, “This will allow two strong companies in the Pittsburgh IT market to take advantage of each other’s technical strengths and resources and allow us to better serve our customers”. The combined entity, ColdCypress, will continue to be based in Bridgeville, PA. “Both Ian and I expect a transparent transition of the customers and employees due to our focus on customer service” states Dave Kerney, President of ColdCypress. Over the next few days, all customers will be contacted and provided updates on the service and technical resources now available, along with any updated phone and contact information, if needed.
Having competed in the same market for years, the merging is a natural fit. The combining of resources and talent now allows both customer bases access to over 25 engineers, with expertise and certifications in many IT categories, including SharePoint and VMware.
