Our solutions are designed to reduce your costs, increase your revenue and mitigate your business risks through their productivity and efficiency enhancing benefits.
For clients not requiring a Managed Services agreement, we will customize a support program to fit an organization’s specific business requirements. Services include Active directory support, computer/PC support, routing and switching support, computer storage solutions, Microsoft Exchange, computer disposal, virtualization, wireless, web development, SQL Server and server support.
Elements of a typical IT Support Solution are:
- Health Checks – A proactive IT support agreement with regularly scheduled onsite visits to perform a thorough systems analysis. This ensures enhanced network availability and maximizes network uptime by recognizing and addressing issues before they impact business operations.
- Block Hours – A pre-purchased block IT support hours, valid over a 12 month period, to be used for reactive network and desktop support; either onsite or via help desk support to perform reactive IT services on an as needed basis.
- Remote Support – For a fixed monthly fee access is provided to the entire engineering staff to ask questions, resolve issues or simply gain knowledge about a technology in our areas of expertise.
